Public Ticket Creation (No Login)

External users — such as tenants, vendors, and visitors — can now submit helpdesk tickets without logging in to the Singu FM system. A public link gives access to a simple, standalone form that captures reporter details and issue data. The information is stored directly on the ticket and is fully integrated into existing helpdesk workflows.

Who is this for?

This feature is intended for external users (tenants, vendors, visitors) who need to report issues without having a Singu FM account, as well as Facility Managers and Admins who want to enable frictionless issue intake — for example via QR codes placed around a building.

How it works

When Public Ticket Creation is enabled, a public link can be generated and shared with external users. Accessing the link opens a standalone form — no login is required. The reporter fills in their details and describes the issue. Once submitted, the data is stored directly on the ticket and is visible to Facility Managers within the standard helpdesk workflow.

📌 Note: The public link is generated and managed via Tag Manager. Reporter data entered through the form is fully traceable within the ticket.

Key benefits

Enables frictionless issue reporting — no account or login required.

Maintains full visibility and traceability of reporter data within the helpdesk.

The public link is reusable and configurable via Tag Manager.

Configuration

The following settings must be enabled to activate this feature:

Section

Setting Name

Description

Tickets

Ticket Reporter

Enables the reporter data fields on the public ticket form.

Tickets

Public Ticket Creation

Activates the public ticket submission flow.

Once both settings are enabled, the public link can be generated and managed via Tag Manager.

Remember that!

📌 Note: Ticket creation via the public form does not require the user to have a Singu FM account. Reporter details entered on the form are stored on the ticket and visible to internal users in the standard helpdesk view.
