How to use inspections and equipment in SINGU FM

What is an Inspection? |
An Inspection is a recurring review or maintenance task generated automatically from an Inspection Definition.

Inspections correspond to scheduled Maßnahmen from hausmanager. Unlike Tickets, Inspections follow a repeating schedule and are always linked to an Inspection Definition.

Inspection Definitions
An Inspection Definition is a recurring inspection template containing a schedule (e.g. every 12 months), assignment to Equipment, a Checklist, and responsible parties. Navigate to: Inspections > Inspection Definitions.

⚠️ Only Maßnahmen with a defined schedule were migrated as Inspection Definitions. Maßnahmen without a schedule (task templates) were not transferred — there is no equivalent in SINGU FM.

Inspection List Navigate to Inspections > Inspection List. Each inspection is created automatically according to its schedule.

Statuses: Open → In Progress → Done.

Inspection Schedule
A calendar view of all planned inspections. If the Schedule appears empty, check whether Inspection Definitions have buildings assigned.

Known issue: Some Inspection Definitions may not have buildings assigned after migration. If your schedule appears unexpectedly empty, contact SINGU support.

Checklists on Inspections
Checklists from hausmanager were transferred as Tasks. The answer type "multiple choice with custom options" does not exist in SINGU FM — all such answers were converted to LogicCorrectness (Yes / No / Not applicable).

Checklists were only migrated for Inspection Definitions; checklists on ad-hoc or ticket-sourced tasks could not be migrated.

Historical Status of Migrated Inspections
Many historical records may show "Open" or "Completed" rather than "Closed."

To bulk-update: filter the Ticket or Inspection List, select the relevant records, and use the bulk status change action.

Equipment & Technical Installations

Finding Equipment
Navigate to Technical Installations > Technical Installations. Select a record to see its details, attributes, files, and linked meters.

Documents on Equipment
Open the Equipment record and go to the Files tab to access documents, technical data sheets, and migrated files.

Service Contracts
Contract information was stored as Attributes on the relevant Equipment records. Contact your account manager if you need a different solution configured.

QR Codes
QR codes from hausmanager were retained on the corresponding equipment. .
