⚠️ Important: After 20th March 2026, hausmanager will be available in read-only mode for another 2 months. SINGU FM becomes the sole active operational system.
About the Migration
About the Migration
Why are we migrating to SINGU FM? SINGU acquired net-haus to bring all customers onto a modern, scalable platform. SINGU FM offers advanced automation, real-time dashboards, ESG reporting, mobile execution, and regular platform updates — while preserving your existing workflows. The goal is measurably better operations: less manual work, faster task completion, and stronger portfolio visibility.
What exactly is changing? The platform changes. Your processes do not. Your existing structure, modules, and configurations are migrated as-is. You gain a more capable system without rebuilding anything.
Will any data be lost? No. All data — assets, tickets, users, documents, maintenance plans, and site structure — is transferred through a tested migration framework with zero downtime. A full breakdown of what was migrated and how is in the Data Mapping article.
How long will hausmanager still be available? After 20 March 2026, hausmanager will be available in read-only mode. You can browse and download historical data, but no changes will be possible. SINGU FM becomes the sole active system from that date.
Will there be downtime during the switch? No. You will receive SINGU FM login credentials and can begin using the system immediately — in parallel with hausmanager until your migration date.
Can I access a test environment before going live? A demo account without your data can be arranged. Contact your account manager to request access.
How Can I Ensure a Smooth Start in the Singu Platform?
How Can I Ensure a Smooth Start in the Singu Platform?
Inform all reporting users in advance: The current ticket system will be temporarily unavailable during the migration phase.
Include in the initial communication: The new URL and the new login credentials for the reporting portal will be provided separately afterward.
Deactivate free (external) users in hausmanager: All users who currently access Hausmanager via the ticket system should be deactivated to prevent new tickets from being submitted.
Disable users no longer required: Employees or external users who will no longer work in Hausmanager can be set to blocked or delete
Important processing note: Any tasks processed in Hausmanager after the migration must be manually reprocessed in the Singu platform, as no additional migration will take place.
After the migration: Share the new access URL with all employees.
For app users: Provide the login information via the URL or alternatively through a QR code to simplify distribution.
Data & System
Data & System
How do I know if all my data was migrated correctly? Contact your SINGU account manager. A migration status summary for your instance will be prepared. You can also verify your data directly in SINGU FM during the review session scheduled after migration.
Why do my historical tickets show "Open" status? In hausmanager, the "Erledigt" status does not automatically map to "Closed" in SINGU FM due to differences in status logic between the systems. You can bulk-change statuses by filtering the Ticket List, selecting multiple tickets, and using the status change action.
Where are my files from rooms and floors? Files stored at unit, room, or floor level in hausmanager have been consolidated to Building level in SINGU FM. All documents are available — navigate to the Building record and open the Files tab.
Where are my service contracts (Wartungsverträge)? Service contracts do not have a separate module in SINGU FM. Contract data was stored as Attributes on the relevant Equipment records. Contact your account manager if contracts were a key part of your workflow and you need to configure an alternative view.
Where are my documents and building plans? Documents and building plans were migrated to Building > Documentation. There is no separate distinction between documents and building plans in SINGU FM — all are found in the same location.
Were QR codes migrated? Yes, but only QR codes that were assigned to equipment in hausmanager. QR codes not linked to a specific piece of equipment were not transferred.
What happened to my inspection logs (Protokolle)? Inspection logs were explicitly excluded from migration by mutual agreement with net-haus. Historical work orders, service reports, and documents were archived in the Ticket History.
Users & Access
Users & Access
Do I need to recreate user accounts? No. All user accounts were migrated automatically with roles mapped to the equivalent SINGU FM role. See the System Instructions article for how to manage accounts going forward.
I cannot log in to the mobile app. Your account is likely missing the MobileAppAccess permission. Contact your instance administrator to have this added.
I cannot see all the objects I had in hausmanager. Check your object access permissions. Access in SINGU FM is controlled by the Responsible Matrix and role assignment. Contact your instance administrator if objects appear to be missing.
Can new buildings be added independently? No. New buildings and objects are created by the SINGU team. This is tied to the per-building licensing model. Contact your account manager to add new buildings.
Contracts & Costs
Contracts & Costs
Does my contract change? No. Existing commercial terms and contract durations remain unchanged. You are simply moving to a different platform under the same agreement.
Will prices increase? Pricing remains unchanged for the duration of your existing contract. If you later choose to add modules beyond the SINGU FM Core Package, those would be scoped and discussed separately — no decisions are required during migration.
Are there additional costs for migration or training? No. Everything is included. The migration process is designed for zero client effort and zero additional cost.
Is there a limit on users? No. There is no cap on users, vendors, tenants, or facility managers in SINGU FM.
Support & Training
Support & Training
Who is my contact person? Your existing contact in Berlin remains in place. Support is available in both English and German. Submit requests via help@singu.com or directly through the SINGU FM application.
What training is available? Webinars, individual sessions, and tutorial materials are provided at no extra cost. Webinars run twice weekly and are free of charge. Training is tailored to your existing workflows — the focus is on navigating enhanced capabilities, not relearning how you work.
Where can I find help materials within SINGU FM? Enablement materials are accessible here. Use the in-app support chat or access the knowledge base from within the application.
