The SINGU mobile app (SINGU FM) can now be used by tenants, in addition to technicians and property managers. It allows tenants to download the app, log in, and report or track requests for their space directly from their phone.
Login Instructions for Tenants
1. Before You Start
To log in, tenants need the following:
Login – your username, sent in your SINGU activation email.
Password – set using the button in your activation email, or your existing password if you have already set one.
Domain – the domain address you use to open SINGU in a browser (e.g.,
yourcompany.singu.com).
2. Login Methods
The SINGU FM app is available on Google Play and the App Store.
Login with Username
Select the option "Log in with username".
Enter the required information:
Login – your username.
Password – your assigned password.
Domain – the domain address you use in the browser version.
Click the "Log in" button.
Note: "Log in via QR code" is not available for tenant accounts. Tenants must log in with username, password, and domain.
3. Required Permissions
To log into the mobile app, a tenant must have the appropriate mobile app access permission. This can be granted per user in the admin panel by a system administrator.
4. Tenant Role – PWA and Native App
Previously, tenant access to SINGU was available only as a PWA – a web app that tenants could add to their phone's home screen from a mobile browser. Tenant accounts can now also access the same tenant portal through the native SINGU FM app, downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. The app recognizes tenant accounts and opens the tenant portal for them automatically. The PWA continues to work unchanged; no data or configuration is lost.
5. Admin Setup Requirements
For a tenant account to access the mobile app, an administrator must enable the following:
Tenant role – the user must have a tenant account, as usual.
Instance setting – enabled per instance, so it applies to all tenants on that instance.
User permission – granted per tenant in the admin panel.
