Object structure: complexes, buildings and locations

K
Written by Karolina Łazarewicz

The object structure in Singu is three-level:

  1. Complex – the top-level unit representing a property or site.

  2. Building – always belongs to a complex. Buildings serve as the central storage point for all relevant information: you can attach documents, view assigned tickets and assets, and manage building-specific data here

  3. Locations (Units) – belong to a building and represent individual units within it (e.g. floors, rooms, apartments).

Filter for sites

Site groups – groupings of complexes or buildings used for filtered views. They let you focus on all data (tickets, assets, etc.) related to a specific building or an entire complex.

You can create a new site group under: Master Data → Tickets → Site Groups.
